Easter is Approaching and Spring is too...maybe?!? | Toronto Spring and Easter Mini Session Family Photographer

For a while, it looked like Spring had FINALLY sprung...and then we get hit with SNOW...AGAIN...SNOW!! Luckily it was only for one day (yesterday) and now we're easing our way back into Spring. "Are there EVER going to be flowers, Mommy?" were the exact words that came out of my three-year old's mouth this morning. Soon...I hope... We spent the last couple of nights celebrating Passover and now we're gearing up to celebrate Easter this weekend (our lucky family gets to celebrate the best of both worlds). As usual, I've gone slightly overboard in making sure the Easter Bunny brings plenty of eggs for my little girls!

I know this weekend will be busy, and I don't want to forget to wish all of you a Happy Passover, Happy Easter and Happy Spring (hopefully), so this blog post is coming a little early (if you celebrate Easter...late if you celebrate Passover).

Toronto Baby Photographer | Sweet baby Yousef

You may have noticed that I've been a little absent from the blogging world... this brutal Toronto winter was getting the best of me, so I took off with my family to Florida for a little while. I was hoping to come back to Spring (it is supposed to be Spring, isn't it?), but it looks like us Torontonians are out of luck :( My Easter/Spring Mini Sessions start tomorrow, so maybe that will beckon Spring to come! I hear we may be getting another snow storm....WHAAAAAAAT??? MORE SNOW?? I'm definitely missing the California sun life right about now. Before I left for my family vacation, I was lucky to meet this sweet little man, Yousef! I was shocked when Yousef's dad told me his name because that's my Uncle's name (although spelled differently). I never thought I would meet another Yousef! He was such a star for the camera and his family was there to cheer him on! Here are a few of my faves from Yousef's 9 month photo shoot! The first photo was somewhat (okay, a lot) inspired by Dewdrops Photography. I saw a similar photo she had taken and I was determined to get one of my 16 month old daughter. So I ordered the hat and pants set and they didn't fit :( I ordered another set which just arrived, so I'll be photographing my baby in it soon. In the meantime, I'm glad Yousef got to benefit from this wonderful set!

Spring and Easter Mini Sessions!! | Toronto Family and Baby Photographer

Alright, who is SOOOOOOOO excited that Canada won the gold medal for hockey??? I am! But seriously people...was there ever any doubt ;) In honour of Canada's victory, let's start by booking some Spring/Easter Photography Mini Sessions!!! Hooray!!!!! Sessions are for up to 4 children between the ages of 3 months and 15 years. My setup this year is amazing!!!! And I'm not just saying that...they really are fantastic!! No - no live animals...that's dangerous and I'm pretty sure not allowed, unless you're on a farm or perhaps have your own bunny at home. I had a bunny once...it pooped everywhere. I'll stick with the hygienic and pretty setup that I have, sans live animals ;)
